What a site visit costs you
The report price is only half the saving. Every roof you measure by hand costs the drive there and back, the time on the ladder and the fuel, before a single quote is written. Work it out with your own numbers:
(hours on the road + hours on the roof) × your estimator's hourly cost + kilometres driven × your cost per kilometre.
